How do I place an order by phone/fax
To place and order by phone or by fax please use the following numbers :

We are available between the hours of 10am to 6pm CST to receive orders by either phone or fax.
What forms of payment do you accept on this website?
We process all payments thru major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) or you can use the PayPal option. You will be directly to PayPal
to login or create a login at checkout should you choose that option.
Will my order be charged with sales tax?
Sales tax will only be added to your order if you are shipping your order within the State of Louisiana.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders usually take 2-3 days to process during regular business
conditions. They may take longer during holidays or special events.
Please note processing time is for all orders including Overnite or 2nd
day air shipping. Delivery time = processing time + transit time. See
Shipping Section for further details.
We ship FedEX as well as the United States Postal Service. Shipping costs are determined after shipping information has been entered and is figured on demand.
Will I receive a tracking number with my order?
Tracking numbers are provided in the final email confirmation sent out when the order has been completed and we have prepared it to be shipped.
When ordering from your shop, will I receive an order confirmation by email.
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order. After your order has been processed and has been completed you will receive another confirmation email with tracking number for your records.
How about International Orders
At the present time, we only ship with the continental United States. If you wish to ship to Canada please call us before you place your order at 800-964-9845
