How do I place an order by phone/fax

We are available between the hours of 9am to 6pm CST to receive orders by either phone or fax.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We process all payments thru PAYPAL. You will be directly to PAYPAL to login on or create a password at checkout. PAYPAL is the safest way to protect your credit card information. Then you will routed back to our site to complete your order. We also accept all major credit cards and check/money orders over the phone. Payment made by check or money order is subject to verification of funds. Shipping on check/money order will be take place after funds have been secured.
Will my order be charged with sales tax?
Sales tax will only be added to your order if you are shipping your order within the State of Louisiana.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders usually take 2-3 days to process during regular business conditions. They may take longer during holidays or special events. Please note processing time is for all orders including Overnite or 2nd day air shipping. Delivery time = processing time + transit time. See Shipping Section for further details.
What are your shipping costs and which service companies do your use?
We ship FedEX as well as the United States Postal Service. Shipping costs are determined after shipping information has been entered and is figured on demand.
Will I receive a tracking number with my order?
Tracking numbers are provided in the final email confirmation sent out when the order has been completed and we have prepared it to be shipped.
When ordering from your shop, will I receive an order confirmation by email.
Yes, you will receive an initial order confirmation email with the details of your order. After your order has been processed and has been completed you will receive another confirmation email with tracking number for your records.
How about International Orders
